NISSAN North America - There have been a significant number of very important participants in this project over the past five years, both within MDA and outside MDA. The most significant participant in my mind - and one that has worked tirelessly and with total dedication - has been Chad Wages, Manager of Engineering and Construction, MMEIA Nissan Implementation Team. He has personally been responsible for the outstanding work performed on all of our engineering and construction projects and is singularly responsible for saving the state millions of dollars through his leadership, outstanding management, and technical skills, negotiating skills, and focus on excellence. My sincere thanks and appreciation - and great respect - goes out to him.
